- Storage of up to 250 contracts
- Storage of all types of IT contract e.g. hardware maintenance, software maintenance, software licensing, support, consultancy, environmental, telecommunications etc.
- Detailed recording of all contracts showing - contract type, description,start / end dates, costs, notice periods, supplier details etc.
- Stores scanned copies of signed contracts
- Detailed management reporting including 'contracts due for renewal soon'
- Ability to extract all contract data to CSV, spreadsheet formats
- Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- No minimum contract length (i.e. no tie in)
