This review will look in detail at each individual contract to establish the following :-
Once we've established what you're currently paying, we'll then produce a detailed report showing you what you should be paying, and ultimately saving. You'll then know whether or not you've been paying too much and, if this is the case, what you could potentially save over the next 12 month period.

We offer 2 services, as follows :-
We'll work with you on each contract renewal to ensure any savings we've highlighted are achieved. In addition, we will try to achieve even greater savings for you. We'll present a report to you each month detailing actual savings achieved during the previous month. We'll then charge you a percentage of the actual savings we've achieved. We only invoice after you've received these savings. If no savings are achieved in a particular month we won't invoice you. Savings made in future years are all yours. At all times, you will retain ownership of all contracts and relationships with your suppliers as well as place relevant orders and sign renewal contracts etc. We will manage, oversee & negotiate on your behalf to ensure the renewals of all your contracts are made in a timely & cost effective manner so as to ensure maximum savings are achieved. Think of us as your virtual IT Finance & Contracts Manager.
This service is identical to the Performance Related service except we charge a monthly fixed-price fee per contract. All savings we achieve for you are yours.
One off Purchases
If required, we can negotiate on your behalf any new, one off, IT related purchases (e.g. new server, software package, maintenance contract etc.). There are no upfront / fixed fees for this service - you only pay us if we manage to save you money in our negotiations. Our fee is purely performance related and would be a percentage of any savings we achieve. If we achieve no savings for you, then you pay us nothing.
